Mind/Body Programs

We recognize the importance of mental and emotional well-being in the cancer journey. Our mind/body programs include stress management sessions, exercise activities, and relaxation techniques designed to improve overall wellness. These activities encourage participants to reconnect with their bodies and foster a sense of peace. We've partnered with the YMCA's LIVESTRONG program in Rincon, GA to provide wellness services. Special Gifts and Resources
